Straight Up Maths is a blend of group coaching and self-study courses.
Services with Linear Learning are in contract with the purchaser, who will be a parent or a consensual guardian.
Logins should only be shared with learners who are the purchaser or in direct provision of the purchaser as a parent or guardian.
Providing login details to learners, particularly those considered a minor or under 18, is at the discretion of the agreement of the purchaser and deemed suitable for intended use.
Whilst Linear Learning promotes services they consider in line with safe-guarding intentions, purchasers take full responsibility for the security and safety for online safety and should refer to resources and guidelines for online safety such as those provided by the NSPCC, to ensure that any minors are kept safe whilst online using any services of Linear Learning. Following successful purchase of the course, you will receive access to topic classes and support resources accessed from your login portal. Additional offerings may be agreed at the time of purchase.
Whilst all intentions are taken for the user to achieve the desired results, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results.
Failure to complete the self-study materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results.

Please be aware that training sessions may be recorded and therefore names and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the course. If any details are provided or any information shared within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured. For more detail on how we manage your data we refer you to our privacy policy which can be requested on info@linearlearning.co.uk to Clause 6 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Should you decide to purchase a coaching programme or any personalised product from this Site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale.
If you change your mind about purchasing, you are entitled to a refund for the 14-days following the purchase.
Should your live coaching course or programme start within that 14-day period, and you decide to cancel then you will be refunded, but the amount of any coaching sessions or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
If you make an electronic purchase of digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances.
Any access to digital content with in 14 days will revoke a refund.
In purchasing the course, you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you consider that the digital download is faulty for any reason then please confirm so immediately and a further copy will be provided.
